This is a vintage metal figurine in the shape of an archer drawing his longbow and arrow. Looks like the figurine is made from silver plated metal. The top of the base has been engraved with: Presented by the Members Wee Arra Club.

The TOP HALF of his longbow has broken off so it wants restoration. The base is sterling silver and is hallmarked for Birmingham 1965 with maker's mark V&S. It has a long screw out of the bottom and this does NOT stand up on its own so I'm assuming this is a finial or something. It may be the top part of a trophy? Could be an elaborate car mascot but its a bit delicate for that really.

Please see close-up photographs provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition for yourself. Condition report: Normal signs of age and use wear including some light surface scuffs and minor impact marks etc.

Unfortunately the top half of his bow and the head of the arrow are snapped off. The silverware is a bit tarnished. The silver plating on the figure is worn off in places. 6 inches tall in total the screw measures approx.

2 and 1/2 inches long x 2 and 1/2 inches in diameter on the circular base. My stock ref: in main cabinet. GSP sorts any paperwork etc. I have no control over the prices that GSP set. Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal sized Coke can (330ml).

In the title or description it means. Condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage.

In relation to all my listings it does not mean " about fine ". I have used A/F for " as found " for 50 years.
