Antique/Vintage EPNS Silver Plate Collection of Table Wares c. 1850-1937

Six items from the Victorian Era. This is just a wonderful little collection of Antique Silver Plated items sitting on my desk so pretty that I thought I would list them as a Job Lot.

Victorian Engraved Silver Plate with Mother of Pearl Handle Trident Bread Fork 14.5cm x 4cm. No Makers Mark but impressed EPNS to the back. (Electro Plated Nickel Silver or Silver Plate, invented 1840). A very pretty Victorian Engraved Silver Plate with Mother of Pearl Handle Pickle Fork 16cm x 18mm. With Makers Initials impressed to the back. Makers Mark (JB) (S) inside oval, (EPNS) inside shield. An Edwardian Silver Plate Candle Snuff 6.4cm x 3.5cm which may have had a very fine handle attached.

Two stunning Victorian Sugar Sifter Spoons, both 10.7cm x 4cm. One for very fine sifting the other slightly coarser. Both marked EPNS to the back. A Silver Plate Baby Cup 6.8cm diameter x 6cm high. Impressed to the base: Made In England Regis Plate Reg.

Monogrammed to the side: " Barbara April 14 1937". In overall good original used condition and showing wear consistent with age and use. I have not polished any of the items and they are as I bought them. The bread fork is showing some minor tarnish and has a tiny chip to the M. It's a bit small to photograph properly. The Pickle Fork is perfect and beautiful. May have had a very fine handle attached.

There is a tiny mark to the tip. The Sugar Sifters are both in very good condition with minor wear showing to the coarser one. The Baby cup has a small dent to the side and needs a polish to the inside. We guarantee our descriptions are accurate and our prices competitive.
