They do feature the Gorham anchor as well as the letters EP. The dishes look nearly identical though the markings underneath are a little different one is a little more worn than the other. One appears to have a second mark that I cant quite make out and the other appears to have something that looks like a pair of scissors.
These might be the same marking just worn differently Im not sure what they mean. They also have a monogram on the upper side that is more visible on one than the other I believe it is a monogram for the Waldorf Astoria.
