Ca 1900 Art Nouveau ROBERTS & BELK Silverplate Siphon Stand Wine Caddy SHEFFIELD

The top half features a pierced design of stylized flowers in a lyre-like arrangement. It has a round stepped base and a flared rim. The solid cast applied handles have curled flourishes where they attach. It is signed on the bottom with the Roberts & Belk Roman lamp logo and associated touch marks, and the pattern number 6707.

There is also has a registered design number 361039 stamped under one of the handles. It is in fair to good vintage condition. The lip of the rim is wavy. Some of the elements in the pierced areas are bent.

There are dings on the foot. It has surface tarnish and spotting.

The exterior plating is in good shape with no rub through. The plating on the inside bottom is worn and shows heavy wear. It still presents fairly well and is suitable for use or display. The pictures are the best indicator as to condition, please use the zoom feature and check them out.

It's about 7-1/4" tall and about 5-1/2" in diameter at the base. The interior is about 4 in diameter.
