Vintage Silver Plated Getzen Flugelhorn. Getzen has always been a great designed and well made brass manufacture and this vintage is particularly impressive. This horn has a great feel in the hands and a nice warm but lively open sound. The valves are classic Getzen and it is a Flugel any advanced played will appreciate. Cosmetic blemishes include a little tarnish, surface scratches and normal wear. There are some shallow indentations, the worse is in the bell bough and can be viewed in the last photo. There is a little soldier drip which can be viewed in photo 11. Even with these cosmetic blemishes, the horn has a nice look and one that you can feel proud to take out of the case.
