18th Century Antique Italian Baroque Silver-plated Figural Candle Holders

A rare pair of Italian altar candleholders. Pair of early 18th cetury male figures (angels) resting on the carved clouds, holding a candle cups. Both figures are reinforced with metal neck, visible on the back of statues. Fully silver plated hand carved figures. It seem that candle cups were added later. Overall 18 1/2" tall, 12" in width.
