1920 Buescher "True Tone" Tenor Saxophone. Made in Elkhart, Indiana, USA. Buescher made many alto's and c-melody's during the 1920s --> It is very rare to find a tenor saxophone from this era! This saxophone has been stored in the same location since the 1950s.
It has the original case and appears to be in all original condition. The original white leather pads are still present on the sax as well. The body looks to be in excellent condition (please see photos). Original silver finish has tarnished over the years but could be polished to shine bright once again. This saxophone will need all its pads replaced to be playable.
Once it is restored, this will be a beautiful tenor sax. The saxophone has survived almost 100 years!
It deserves a new home where someone will enjoy it once again. If you have any questions, please let me know, I will be happy to answer them.
