A Fine Victorian Oak and Silver Plated Ewer

This ewer pitcher jug is made from British oak. The ok has been coopered like a barrel. Banded with silver plate bands. There is a silver plated handle.

The spout has a form of Baccus. Greek god of wine and ecstasy.

There is a hairline crack and crazing on the inside of the jug. This jug is in good condition.
