Antique 1870s Victorian Centrepiece Britannia Silver Arab Horse & Palm Tree L&W

This amazing piece is 27cm tall, marked L&W S for Lee and Wigfull, Sheffield, EPBS for Electro Plated Britannia Silver, the number 2541 and above is the Angus and Coote stamp. It's beautifully detailed, heavy and solid and weighs approximately 2kgs. I wonder if perhaps a bowl once sat in the top. It really is quite a majestic statue and in all my years of collecting I've never come across one quite like it.
