Antique Art Nouveau Hand-painted Lady Goddess Portrait Cufflinks RARE

This is an incredible and rare pair of antique Art Nouveau hand-painted porcelain cufflinks featuring the portraits of two beautiful women. The women may be known mythological goddesses or characters in literature/theater, but I have not been able to ID them. The porcelain disks are set in a silver mounting and the diameter is approx. Their patented cufflink mechanisms, which open and close, have a gold tone to them and are either vermeil or gold-plated metal. I do not see a makers mark or signature but the cufflink mechanisms are signed D.

The earrings are in overall good antique condition and do have some light age-related scratches on the porcelain surface. This is noticeable but does not detract from the overall beauty of these very scarce pieces. The box in photos is for display purposes only.
