Antique Etched 3-bottle Tantalus, Tall Crystal Decanters In Silver Plate Stand

Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a beautiful antique 3-bottle Tantalus with tall crystal bottles with facet cut glass stoppers fitted into nice silver plated stand, c. The set contains three tall crystal decanters decorated with an elaborate etched design with flowers and swags. The neck of each decanter is panel cut and the base has a multi-cut star design. Each stopper has an overall panel cut design.

The bottles are made of heavy glass and are fitted in a tri-fold shaped silver plated stand decorated with beading and a round handle at top. Stand sits on three elaborate feet and i. S marked on base with pseudo hallmarks. Stand measures 14" high at handle and 8 3/8" wide (from foot to foot).

Bottles measure 11" high (to top of stopper) and 8" high to lip of bottle with the base measuring 3 1/4 in diameter. Each bottle (including stopper) is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. The stoppers are original to each bottle and fit perfectly. There is rubbing on the base from normal wear commensurate with age (see photos). The silver plated stand is in good Estate condition with no repairs although there is minor wear to the silver plating, however, the stand is lovely as it is.
