ANTIQUE LARGE REPOUSEE SILVER PLATED OIL LAMP BASE WINGED CHERUBS IOANNINA GREECE 16.9 in #2. Offered is a large and impressive antique handmade silver plated oil lamp base from Ioannina Yannena, Greece. It wonderfully decorated with repoussé floral design and three winged cherubs around the base. It is silver plated on copper.

The centerpiece weighs 876 grams (1.93 lbs) and measures 43 cm 16.9 in. Tall X 17 cm 6.7 in.

Wide in the middle X 17 cm 6.7 in. Ioannina (Yannena), Greece is world renowned for its top quality silver and silver plated items. This elegant lamp would make an excellent addition to your collection, home décor or a lovely gift. It is in very good condition for its age.

There are a few small bumps around two sides of the base (pictured). It was previously used as an electric lamp as evidenced by the small hole at the base and the metal rod inside the top part to pass the electrical cord (pictured).
