Antique Original DOLLOND No 8700 Silver plated Telescope c1900/1940 NOT REPRO

Antique ORIGINAL Dollond, London Silver plated Field Telescope. Known as fact to have belonged to Lieutenant Colonel C. Telescope is three draw, fully retracted measures 17.25", fully extended 27". All leather & leather stitching is sound with no damage.

Removable end cap present, eyepiece cover operates as should. Has only one or two exceptionally light/soft indents..

Barely noticeable & only mentioned to be accurate. Scope extends cleanly without fault as intended. DO NOT CONFUSE THIS ITEM WITH THE HUGE NUMBER OF FAKE/REPRO DOLLOND TELESCOPES OFFERED ON HERE.
