Antique Pair 19thC PRETTY Silver Plated Steel Oval Ornate Breeches Buckles #B17

A pair of 19th Century small oval buckles which are very pretty. They are silver plated all around them on steel.

Not just the top as some of the others listed but on the bottom - back as well. Very pretty design of ROSE like flowers at either end of the central bar. The central hinged chape is iron and made in 2 parts and all parts still hinge as they should...

They are just over 1 inch long x 5/8ths inch wide with a very slight curve. Please check out the others. Item for the keen metal detectorist's or field walkers amongst you as buckles are often found complete and in bits.
