VINTAGE SILVER PLATED OR CHROME CORINTHIAN PILLARED NELSONS COLUMN TABLE LAMP STEPPED BASE. A stunning vintage silver plated Corinthian barley twist column table lamp. This lamp dates to Edwardian times or possibly earlier. I cant tell wether it is silver plate or chrome but either way it is extremely old and beautiful. A very well made and beautifully cast lamp, the metalwork is of a very high standard, Ive seen few table lamps of this quality and design.

This lamp is especially beautiful due to the silver column twist with silver vine detailing trailing all the way up the column. This is likely originally an oil lamp that has been electrified early in the 20th century. I have rewired this with 3 core silver Italian braided cable and a new plug. It is fully earthed so would pass a pat test.
