Antique WMF Art Deco Nouveau Silver Plate Tureen Casserole German Very Rare

A very rare antique WMF silver plated tureen/casserole serving dish. Made in Germany, early 20th Century (Edwardian) art deco style. Never seen anything like it anywhere online before.

The markings indicate it has 1.5 times thicker silver plate coating, making it tougher, better quality and rarer. Diameter 7.5 inches, height 2.25 inches, width including handles 9.75 inches.

In excellent condition for a used silver plate item over a 100 years old. The inside is beautiful, appears to be hardly used for its purpose. The outer can be polished and cleaned some more if you wish.
