Antique Wmf Orivit 3825 Jugendstil Nouveau Secessionist Silver Plated Spill Vase

Here we have a beautiful antique Art Nouveau period decorative vase or spill holder. This has a mark to the base for "Orivit" A. Who were a renowned German metalwork company. They were founded by Wilhelm Ferdinand Hubert Schmitz in Cologne and the company won prestigious awards at the 1900 Paris and 1904 St.

A beautiful Jugendstil design with lots of swag/whiplash flair notably to the handles. It also has lots of reeded/incised/pierced foliate decoration which are all lovely touches. It is marked with 3825 for its design number along with E. It measures approximately 5.25 inches by 3.5 inches.
