Art Deco Fishel Nessler Company Original Silver Plate Dog Belt

Such an unusual belt or doubled as a necklace. This is all original, not parts and pieces to make whole. At first, I thought it might have been a bunch of watch fobs placed together, but the way that they are set with the loops on the side, there is no way that was possible. With that being said I think it is so fun and so cute and so original. The dogs are bulldogs and sorry, I don't know the fluffy breed.

They all feature red rhinestones eye, one missing on 1 fluffy dog. They are linked to gether with a soldered chain to soldered loops. The clasp is a (fluffy dog)attached to a chunky larger chain. It simply clasps by a hook.

The back is hallmarked by Fishel Nessler Co. And it dates from the 1930s +/. The condition is very wearable, with a bit of rub to the silver plate and a couple of small dings on the back, One dog is half blind (missing red stone).

Length End to End as clasped on the last link: 33 Inches (can be extended or reduced easily). Fluffy dogs: 34 mm x 37 mm x 14 mm. Bulldogs: Graduate in size from: 22 mm x 25 mm x 11 mm down to 16 mm x 13.6 mm x 7.6 mm.
