Art Nouveau Brass Jardiniere Chase Silver Plate Floral Band Footed Satyr Handles

An Art Nouveau brass and silver-plated jardiniere (planter, urn) with chased floral-and-foliage band and feet (four feet), with mythological satyr handles. The body of the planter appears to be three pieces soldered together. The silver-plated chased band measures 1 3/8 in width. Handles and feet are also soldered to body. In other words, there are no screws or other hardware visible.

The planter has the original brass insert. Both planter and insert are open at the bottom. The opening diameter on footed planter measures 5" in diameter; insert opening diameter measures 2 1/2". The planter measures 6 1/4" in height; 9" in width (including handles); 4 in depth (liner depth).

Depth without liner is 4 3/4. It measures 23 in circumference (around). This piece is in very good pre-owned condition with minor surface wear and a few shallow dents.

I have no doubt it would clean up beautifully. There are no marks of identification that I have found.
