CHRISTOFLE Silver Plated Tastevin In Original Fitted Box

Here we have a beautiful tastevin (wine tasting cup) from the esteemed French silversmiths Christofle. It has the traditional tastevin design in the bowl, with raised'pearls', concave'cupules', and elongated'godrons' to create reflections in the wine and enable its colour and quality to be judged.

It also has a stylised vine leaf handle. The item is in excellent condition, presenting as not having been used. It catches the light beautifully and would be a very original present for any wine enthusiast. It comes in its original fitted box, which is also in excellent condition. Please see the photos, which capture some of its brilliance, but don't really do it justice.
