AN INTERESTING ANTIQUE OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE TANKARD BEARING A CREST TO THE FRONT ON A LET IN SILVER DISK, THE TANKARD IS SEAMED BY THE HANDLE, THE UNUSUAL EAR SHAPED HANDLE IS ALSO SEAMED, IT IS RAISED ON A REEDED STEPPED FOOT WITH GLASS BOTTOM. Condition: Pretty good, there is wear to the plating to the foot and also the handle. A couple of dings to the foot.
