Crown Derby Silver Co, Silver Plate Small Lidded Tankard c1900

I have listed for your perusal a very rare and early Georgian Style Crown Derby Silver Plated Lidded Ladies/Boys Tankard. Produced by the company in around 1900. Not to be confused with the American Derby Silver Company, this Tankard was produced in England by a Derby based company, re the Crown Derby stamp mark. There are no other discernible company marks on it, only a few porn broker scratch marks on the base. Try as I might I have not been able to tracked down, or have I seen another piece with the same mark as this tankard is marked with.

Being an unusual piece, being that it was for use by either a Lady, Young Boy or indeed a vertically challenged Man and certainly not for a normal sized person who frequented taverns around that time. I would say this because I bought this tankard some years back together with another item, a very small ebony, ivory & silver handled walking cane measuring only 23.5/60cm which dates to 1898, which is now homed in my own stick/cane collection.
