Cut Glass Syrup Pitcher, Silver Plate Beaded Top, c. 1900 (#4)

Welcome to ANTIQUES & MOORE! This listing is for a lovely American glass cruet with silver plate top, c. The syrup has a nice all-over cut design with inverted thumbprint, hobstars and cross-hatch decoration.

The silver plate top has beading around the top and bottom of the collar with beading also decorating the handle. The hinge is tight and the lid opens and closes correctly with thumb hold. Measures 5" high (at spout) with a 2 3/4" diameter base. This nice cut glass syrup is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws reflecting only minimal signs of wear.

You may possibly find a minor no-harm nick on one of the cut edges, however, we did not find any. The silver polishes beautifully with no noted flaws.
