This is an elegant and sleek vase created by Guido Niest Atelier. The original "Lega" vintage sculptural silvered vase was designed by master metalsmith Guido Niest and crafted by Fabbrica Artigianale Lavorazione Argento F. And made in Italy, circa 1980.
This vase was made most probably in 1990s as the stamp at the bottom say Guido Niest Atelier. Perfect for a tall single-stemmed flower such as an orchid or calla lily, this silver-plated metal vase is an focal point for an entryway, dining room or living room. A single piece of thin metal is curved and folded to form the unconventional, fang-shaped silhouette complete with a small tear-shaped opening and dramatically sloped slides. This vase is an ideal housewarming or anniversary gift.

21.7cm/8.5" H x 7.3cm/2.95" L x 6.8cm/2.75 D. Some vintage patina, marks and light wear. I polished it to see if there is any serious damage to the silver plate, I found one scuff and a couple of other smaller ones, but wasn't able to photograph it properly.
