All pieces have been through a Sonic Cleaner which Sanitizes them. Mercury Gilded 18ct - 22ct Gold Plated Silver Collar Necklace & Locket. Victorian circa 1850 - 1880. I believe this is mercury gilding, but have not seen a piece in over 30 years of being in the Jewellery Business. It has a light coloured gold matt sheen to it.

It test over 18ct, around 22-24ct. This is done over 925 Solid Silver. Gives it a unique look. The chain measures 17.5.
