This is a rare Mr. PUNCH "always on top of the World" paper weight. Heavy and silver plated with excellent raised detail. Is weighted like a weeble? Do you remember them - so is ALWAYS SELF RIGHTING!

I see Mr Punch can be unscrewed - the rod going thru sphere. Base with signed brass makers details. J R GAUNT of LONDON. Has not been cleaned by us, is just as found.

I know little about it, but it is charming and very well made item. There is some tarnishing and wear to the plate from general use. Otherwise in fine condition, as pictured... This is a very nice, gilded and silver faux mercury regulator pendulum. All in all the pictures explain it better than I do!! Please see pictures for best description and sizes..
