Box has some shelf wear (dented) but buckle is safe & sound. It says NATIONAL FINALS RODEO 40TH ANNIVERSARY NFR LAS VEGAS 1959 - 1998 on front. Back is stamped #1417 and is marked AWARD SILVERSMITHS NOBLE, OKLA..
