Vintage Original Silver Plate Conn Transitional 6M Naked Lady Alto Sax, Serial #253941. This is a very nice vintage C. Conn 6M Naked Lady alto saxophone in original silver plate finish, serial number 253941. If you are looking for a clean example of a silver plated Naked Lady alto this one is going to be hard to beat. The body of this sax is in fantastic condition. It shows off all of the mainstay Conn features including rolled tone holes, trill G#, front F and the trade mark Naked Lady engraving across the bell area. The original double socket neck with micro tuner is also present. The original satin silver and gold wash around the bell flare looks fantastic.

The alto does not show any history of major repair. All of the original key work, guards, posts and rollers are present.

This alto was recently re-padded in another shop and is a super sweet player. It takes the air in easy and has an exceptionally fast free blowing response. Sonically the sound on the horn does lean towards the brighter side. The projection and cutting power of this alto is very exceptional. Ships in vintage Conn case.
