Pair of "La Pierre" Sterling Silver Hurricane Candle Holders With Original Shades. This sale is for a pair of 11 overall height with original wheel cut shades sterling silver candle holders. The lower bases are fully signed on the underneath of the bases and are 3 1/2" in height and at the bottom of the base is 3 1/2" in diameter. The wheel cut shades in the holders are 7 1/2 in height. When put together the holders with shades are 11 in height.

The bases are reinforced and since I didn't dare attempt to take the shades our of the holders, over all with the glass shades these have a combined weight of 24.915 ounces. One of the shades screws into the base and is tight while the other shade when screwed in is stable but never tight. A little piece of thin paper or steel wool should tighten it without a problem. Bases and hurricane shade holders need cleaning & polishing. We normally add new items to our listings each week and we thank you for looking and shopping with us.
