A stunning original hand painted and signed William Moorcroft Celadon Pansy bowl with silver plated rim Circa 1910. The bowl is well decorated with the seldom seen Pansy on White pattern. Featuring Yellow, Purple and Blue Pansy flowers with further budding flowers and verdant green foliage- all set against a white over blue ground.

N excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. There is crazing to the glaze as to be expected of a piece of this age and scratches to the silver rim commensurate with wear and tear. Impressed mark to base together with green hand painted signature.
