Great 1950's Selro set from my personal collection, that is in pristine condition. The silver tone plated metal is crisp and shiny with no rubbing anywhere. I do feel that maybe it was never worn, or had very limited wear.
The set is not signed, but is most definitely a Selro creation. The way that the set has been constructed, and the typical herringbone chains, and rope edged designs that were used by Selro in their signed jewellery confirms the stable it is from.
Quite a lot of their designs were unsigned for unknown reasons, but fortunately always recognised by the way they were made and the materials used. The large cabochon confetti stone is surrounded by pink rhinestones and faux peals. The necklace measures approx 16 long and fastens with a fold over clasp.
The 3 sections are each 1.5" high by 1" wide. Nice stylish flat herringbone chains. Bracelet measures 7.5" long by 1.5" high. It fastens with a strong fold over clasp. Earrings measure 1.5" high by 1" wide.
Clips are tight and work well.
