Vintage 48 Piece ART DECO EPNS CUTLERY CANTEEN - Arthur Price Sheffield - 1930s. Here we have for sale a vintage 48 piece 6 place setting Art Deco cutlery canteen that was made by Arthur Price Ltd of Sheffield in the 1930s. The cutlery is in the Old English pattern. It is in very good condition for its age with only normal wear & tear, marks and blemishes here and there. The handles are faux bone (composite material).

A couple of pieces have been replaced with very similar ones in the past, as has the meat set. This set comes in the original canteen case which is in very good condition inside and out as pictured with again only wear & tear, marks and blemishes. The hinges and clasps are in full working order and the lid lifts smoothly to 90 degrees and stays upright unrestrained.

A new decorative brass escutcheon plate has been added to the lid. The cutlery is complete for 6 settings and comprises 48 pieces in total, grouped as follows.

3 x Serving / Table Spoons. 1 x THREE PIECE Meat Set, fully complete.
