It is a Grade II listed building. Base size 20.5 square, top 17 square, 5 high. Used condition, but some wear, scratches, tarnishing and dints etc.

Knife cut marks to the top, which could be potentially polished out. A mirror may also be good option, which could easily be cut for to top section, which would cover the cut / scratch marks.
